Principal OCM Consultant
- 15 or more years total of Principal work experience with 5 years in desired strategic capability
- Desired advanced degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge in a specific Organizational Change Management (OCM) Development and Effectiveness best practices and technical application.
- Provides strategic analysis, advice, and education to executives and managers on initiatives.
- Leads the OCM efforts in design and development of many large enterprise-wide projects, programs, policies and processes.
- Lead a team of consultants/associates/analysts.
- Manage multiple client relationships.
- Ability to identify/manage, escalate issues, risks, timelines, deliverables to business owners.
- PROSCI Professional Certification.
- Work is self-directed and directs the work of others (Full independence, exception oversight)
Senior OCM Consultant
- 10 or more years total of relevant work experience
- Desired advanced degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent experience.
- Thorough knowledge in a specific Organizational Change Management (OCM) Development and Effectiveness best practices and technical application.
- Provides strategic analysis, advice, and education to executives and managers on initiatives.
- Leads the OCM efforts in design and development of many large enterprise-wide projects, programs, policies and processes.
- Lead a team of consultants/associates/analysts.
- Project management experience.
- PROSCI Professional Certification.
- Work is self-directed and directs the work of others (Full independence, exception oversight)
OCM Consultant
- 5 – 9 years total of relevant experience.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent experience. MA preferred.
- Broad knowledge in Organizational Change Management (OCM) Development and Effectiveness best practices and technical application.
- Conceptualizes and recommends key strategies and corporate initiatives to managers for projects.
- Leads the OCM effort in design and development of moderate to large enterprise-wide projects, programs, policies and processes.
- Lead a small team of associates/analysts.
- Project management experience.
- PROSCI Professional Certification.
- Work is reviewed by project lead (Equal independence with oversight)
OCM Associate
- 3 – 4 years total of relevant experience.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent experience. MA preferred.
- General knowledge in Organizational Change Management (OCM) Development and Effectiveness best practices and technical application.
- Conceptualizes and recommends key strategies and department initiatives to managers for projects.
- Leads the OCM effort in design and development of department-specific projects, programs, policies and processes.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with business team members to gather requirements.
- Work is mainly directed by project lead (Little independence, significant oversight)
OCM Analyst
- 0 – 2 years of relevant functional experience.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent experience. MA preferred.
- General knowledge in Organizational Change Management (OCM) Development and Effectiveness best practices and technical application.
- Provides input to OCM courses of action which have a minor to moderate departmental or business unit impact.
- Participates in the OCM development, recommendations, and implementation of integrated solutions.
- Acts as a resource to department and division management and provides consultation to client organizations.
- Work is directed by project lead (No independence, complete oversight)
